SEIS information: We are raising under the UK's Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS). This would allow UK tax-paying investors to claim up to 50% of their investment back as income tax relief, and additional reliefs in case of losses or capital gains. *Subject to approval by HMRC.
Can I invest now? Yes — funds can be accepted in advance; shares will be issued post-SEIS approval.
Is there a minimum investment? No strict minimum, but common amounts range from £1k to £10k+.
Can overseas investors participate? Yes, but they won't be eligible for SEIS tax relief unless they pay UK income tax.
